Just Plane Helpful provides personal and dedicated chaperone assistance from someone with over twenty years of extensive worldwide travel, law enforcement, and emergency medical experience.  I'll be there when you or a loved one needs a helping hand with air travel due to age,  disability, or any of life's other challenges.  Below are the services I provide.  I hope I can assist in making your journey more secure and enjoyable! 

​Assistance with your airport experience, from check-in to boarding.

-No rush assistance with check-in, bag check, and security screening.
          -Assistance with getting something to eat or drink while waiting for your flight to board.
      -You'll never be left alone or taken to your gate with just an awkward wait.

--Being a Trusted Traveler and having Mobile Passport Control will greatly improve your time in security.

Assistance on board your flight, seated next to you.

  -Assistance with your entire airport experience PLUS access to the American Airlines Admirals Club or a Priority Pass lounge.  
-Assistance with boarding the plane and dedicated assistance while in flight
-Use of clean Bose noise-canceling headsets.
 -Use of an iPad for entertainment.
-Free AirTag luggage tracking.  
-An enhanced onboard experience with American Airlines.
-A dedicated ally looking after all your needs the moment they are required.
-Assistance with exiting the plane, collecting your baggage, and ensuring you get to your destination safely.  You'll never be left alone to wait for your ride. 
-Dedicated assistance for elderly travelers and unaccompanied minors.

Full trip assistance from start to finish. 

-This includes all of the above services with continued assistance for your entire trip.  
 -Assisting with every aspect of your trip. Booking, arranging various types of transportation, dinner arrangements, site-seeing tours, Viator site-seeing tours, hotel reservations, assistance with fundamental medical care, prescription refills, medical equipment replacement, and whatever you can think of that would help you be able to take a well-deserved vacation! 
-I have top-tier status with Hilton and mid-tier status with Marriott and Hyatt making upgraded rooms easier to obtain.

 Assistance with delivering/transporting a pet within the passenger compartment of an airliner. I will travel with your animal and care for it every step of the way.
